Serving some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, Merson Signs is an expert designer, manufacturer and installer of signs. We are now looking for Installation Fitters to join us, working across the Suffolk area, on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an Installation Fitter, you will install signage on sites safely, accurately and to a consistently high standard for customers within the construction, retail, leisure and petroleum industries. Working as part of our experienced installation crews, you’ll take responsibility for correct installation and the safe handling and transport of signage. You’ll also maintain strong health and safety standards while working efficiently to deadlines.
Additionally, you will:
- Follow work instructions from supervisors and managers
- Take responsibility for installer assistants when working together
- Maintain van, tools and housekeeping standards
- Carry out signage maintenance and repair work as required
About You
To be considered as an Installation Fitter, you will need:
- Proven sign installation experience
- Experience working remotely and in a field-based role
- A good understanding of all sign types and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A flexible approach to working different shift patterns and out of town as and when required
- A full, valid driving licence that is suitable for use with smaller commercial vehicles
Please note, this role will involve manual labour activities at times and working at heights.
