Serving some of the UKs most recognisable brands, Merson Signs is an expert designer, manufacturer and installer of signs. We are now looking for a Sales Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Administrator, you will support the smooth running of sales processes and provide vital administrative support to help drive business growth. Managing our CRM system, you will ensure customer information is accurate and up to date, producing reports and dashboards to support sales forecasting and performance tracking. Alongside this, you will prepare quotations, proposals and order forms, track sales activity and project timelines, and assist with tender documentation and bid submissions.
- Support team members with CRM usage
- Update customer-facing literature, presentations and sales collateral
- Support account management and relationship development
- Compile monthly sales reports and KPI data
To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:
