The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will support the smooth running of sales processes and provide vital administrative support to help drive business growth. Managing our CRM system, you will ensure customer information is accurate and up to date, producing reports and dashboards to support sales forecasting and performance tracking. Alongside this, you will prepare quotations, proposals and order forms, track sales activity and project timelines, and assist with tender documentation and bid submissions.

Additionally, you will:

  • Support team members with CRM usage
  • Maintain organised records of client communications and contracts
  • Update customer-facing literature, presentations and sales collateral
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and follow-ups
  • Support account management and relationship development
  • Compile monthly sales reports and KPI data
  • Monitor pipeline activity and identify potential issues or opportunities

About You

To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:

  • Experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
