We are now looking for a Bid / Tender Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working from our East Kilbride office. The Role As the Bid / Tender Manager, you will co-ordinate, prepare and submit high-quality bids and tenders that support our efforts to win new business and build our company. Specifically, you will create compelling, engaging tender submissions, leading the end-to-end bid process, and playing a vital role in delivering our business growth strategy. You’ll be involved at every stage of the bid journey, from analysing contractual terms and pricing models to maintaining our bid library and managing tender documents. Supporting risk management activities, you will also provide commercial insight to enhance proposals. Additionally, you will track opportunities via our CRM, monitor outcomes, and work with sales teams to support accurate forecasting.
