The Role:
As our Bid and Tender Manager, you will lead the preparation, co-ordination and submission of high-quality bids and tenders to support business growth. Managing the end-to-end bid process, you will co-ordinate input from teams across sales, design, estimating, operations and project management to ensure submissions are accurate, compelling and aligned with client requirements and deadlines. You will also analyse tender opportunities and client requirements to shape effective win strategies, producing persuasive bid content while supporting pricing approaches, risk management and continuous improvement across tender activity.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop and maintain a bid library and supporting documentation
- Manage clarification questions and tender responses
- Conduct post-bid reviews and feedback sessions
- Track bid opportunities through the CRM system
- Maintain records of bid outcomes and performance metrics
- Support sales pipeline reporting and forecasting
About You:
To be considered as a Bid and Tender Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in bid and/or tender management, ideally within construction, signage, or manufacturing sectors
- Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and reporting
- Familiarity with public and private sector procurement processes
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion
