Mersey West Lancashire NHS Trust is seeking a PALS officer to join the Quality and Risk team. The role involves providing support, guidance and information to patients, relatives and staff, resolving concerns and acting as a liaison across Trust sites. Predominantly based at Whiston/Southport with possible travel between sites.
The ideal candidate will have NHS experience, excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Inphase and Careflow systems. Hours: 30 per week, part‑time, on site.
