Merseywestlancs is seeking an experienced midwife to join the Maternity Governance Team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours). The role focuses on implementing governance processes, reviewing incidents, ensuring statutory reporting for serious incidents, and promoting Duty of Candour.
The post also involves monitoring incident reports with the senior team, sharing lessons learned, and supporting organisational learning. An Enhanced DBS for adults and children is required.
