You'll create compelling content, provide expert communications advice, and help ensure messages are communicated clearly, consistently and effectively across the workforce.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering internal communications campaigns and initiatives.
Creating engaging content for digital, print and face-to-face communication channels.
Supporting the ongoing development of intranet and internal communication platforms.
Gathering and analysing staff feedback, insight and engagement data to drive continuous improvement.
Producing written, visual and video content to support organisational messaging.
Advising stakeholders and senior leaders on effective communication approaches.
Maintaining brand consistency and corporate identity standards.
Building positive relationships with internal and external partners to share best practice and enhance communication effectiveness.
What We're Looking For We are looking for a motivated communications professional with: Experience developing and delivering internal communications within a large organisation.
Experience using data, insight and evaluation to improve communications activity and channels.
Strong content creation skills across digital, print and face-to-face communications.
Excellent writing, editing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
The ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging and accessible messaging.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders.
Creative thinking and an eye for design, branding and visual communication.
Experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated communications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving abilities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Share Point and other relevant digital communication platforms
