NWROCU is seeking a passionate HR/Resourcing Officer to support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle. You will work with managers, staff and regional HR colleagues to enable recruitment, wellbeing, workforce management and organisational change, delivering a professional service while maintaining the Duty Management System.
Applicants must hold CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate or equivalent and an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services.
