The Role As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery and support of infrastructure hardware, software applications and digital services. You will work across a broad technology landscape, helping to ensure systems remain secure, resilient, scalable and aligned to organisational needs. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, administer and support infrastructure technologies, systems and services. Maintain and support software applications that provide services to internal users and the public. Monitor system performance, identify issues and proactively troubleshoot technical problems. Take ownership of incidents and technical issues, ensuring effective resolution and service restoration. Implement and maintain information security controls to protect systems and data. Investigate system, process and service problems, recommending and implementing corrective and preventative actions. Support the delivery of high-quality digital services through a modern standards-based approach. Contribute to system design activities and infrastructure architecture. Build, test and support integrations between systems and applications. Plan, execute and report on testing activities, ensuring solutions meet operational and business requirements. Work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Assist with prototype development and collaborate with developers to ensure secure, accessible and maintainable production solutions.
