Company Description

Merseyflight Air Training School is the North West\'s premier pilot training school. We are a CAA Approved Training Organisation offering training courses from PPL through to ATPL and Flying Instructor level.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flight Instructor located at Hawarden (Chester) Aerodrome. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing airborne and ground based flight training and instruction with an emphasis on quality and safety. They must be familiar with an ATO environment and be able to adhere to school SOPs. The role is for the delivery of PPL training with the opportunity to upgrade to advanced training.

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £35k - £40k

Minimum requirements:

  • UK Part-FCL CPL(A) or PPL(A) with passes in CPL(A) examinations
  • SEP(Land) Class Rating
  • UK Part-FCL Flight Instructor Certificate
  • UK Part-MED Class 2 Medical Certificate
  • Available for weekend work

The ideal candidate shall have:
