The HR Services & Recruitment Team plays a vital role in attracting talented people to the organisation and providing high-quality advice and support to colleagues across a wide range of HR policies.
We are looking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic HR Officer to specifically manage recruitment processes from start to finish. This includes:
- Coordinating advertising and selection activity
- Leading and participating in interviews
- Providing professional advice to hiring managers on relevant employment legislation to ensure recruitment processes are fair, transparent and consistent
- Completing all pre-employment checks and issuing contractual documentation in line with payroll deadlines
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR or recruitment role and bring excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and work efficiently across a varied and busy workload.
