DIM Capability Advisor (Secondment) National Resilience

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile national capability that directly underpins UK resilience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the final implementation of the DIM ND2 uplift, while also supporting wider Detection, Identification and Monitoring (DIM) capability development and assurance activity. The secondment offers valuable exposure to national-level emergency preparedness, training, and assurance, working alongside a wide range of multi-agency partners and stakeholders. It provides a strong platform for developing strategic insight, influencing national outcomes, and shaping future capability.

Key Details

  • Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week (plus flexible duty allowance)
  • Contract: Fixed-term secondment until 31 March 2028
  • Location: Agreed base of work, with a requirement for national travel
