We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to support both the Apprenticeship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while contributing to the delivery of training and development across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of apprenticeship programmes and supporting the development of staff across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Organisational Development and Apprenticeship teams
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of apprenticeship programmes
  • Support the organisation and facilitation of training sessions for apprentices and wider workforce
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and learning management systems
  • Communicate effectively with apprentices, managers, and training teams
  • Help monitor apprentice progress and compliance requirements
  • Support meetings, workshops, and events across multiple locations
  • Travel between sites as required to support training delivery
