The HR Services & Recruitment Team plays a vital role in attracting talented people to the organisation and providing high-quality advice and support to colleagues across a wide range of HR policies. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HR Assistant within our HR Services & Recruitment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting off on their Human Resources career who is looking for their next step. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, recruitment activities, and vital HR processes that help us attract, retain and support our workforce.
As part of a dedicated and professional team, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across HR Services and Recruitment activities, ensuring procedures are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with organisational requirements. This will include undertaking pre-employment checks, security clearances and liaising with HR colleagues to ensure timely completion.
