About The Role
Salary: Grade 6 (£28,598 - £31,022) per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term contract up to 12 months, to cover maternity leave

The HR Services & Recruitment Team plays a vital role in attracting talented people to the organisation and providing high-quality advice and support to colleagues across a wide range of HR policies. We are looking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic HR Officer to specifically manage recruitment processes from start to finish. This includes coordinating advertising and selection activity, leading and participating in interviews, and providing professional advice to hiring managers on relevant employment legislation to ensure recruitment processes are fair, transparent and consistent. The role also involves completing all pre-employment checks and issuing contractual documentation in line with payroll deadlines.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR or recruitment role and bring excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and work efficiently across a varied and busy workload.
