Job overview
The Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) is looking to recruit a dedicated and committed B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our caring and supportive team.
We are a highly regarded, well-led multidisciplinary service, providing excellent care, treatment, and support to adults with significant mental health needs within the Borough of Warrington.
As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will provide NICE guidance interventions, work as part of an MDT, and support service users with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with carers and families and liaise with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our service users.
Our office base is Wakefield House, and our office hours are currently Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Main duties of the job
As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner in the team, you will:
- Work as part of an MDT to provide care and treatment for service users with complex mental health needs, delivering specific NICE guidance interventions.
- Undertake clinic duties as required and contribute to office duty on a rota basis.
- Liaise with other services and work closely with carers and families, alongside our wider partner agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
- Receive ongoing clinical and management supervision and have opportunities for CPD as part of this role.

- Up to date Professional Registration (to be maintained) on the appropriate part of the NMC register and hold a current NMC registration.
