The Education team is based all over the UK to provide national comprehensive coverage. Most of our education and training is delivered at our Northwest Headquarters. To meet demand and our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable education and training across the UK, we have Trainers/Educators in the following locations: Bromborough (Wirral), Manchester, Milton Keynes, Gatwick, Inverness, Glasgow and Cardiff. As a member of the education team, you are critical to supporting the learning and development of external learners as well as employees, staff, and colleagues from Spark UK Medical Limited and other affiliated companies within the Group.

You will work closely with the Head of Education and Innovation, the Education and Training Co-Ordinator, and the wider Education team to ensure the learning experience, the quality of delivery and assessment, and that the highest standards are maintained across all aspects of the learner experience from registration to completion.

You’ll need to hold an education and training qualification and have occupational knowledge or be competent in the subject you are going to be delivering to meet the Academy’s and our chosen Awarding Organisation requirements. The Pre-Hospital Academy aims to equip learners with the confidence to make a difference. You must be passionate, flexible and organised to respond quickly to changing circumstances and deliver high-quality education and training. Flexibility is a must, as you may be expected to deliver courses during weekdays, weekends, and evenings. On occasion, we may ask Trainer/Educators to travel to our other locations or deliver training at a customer's site.
