Mersey Brew is the social heartbeat of North Mersey Business Centre and a welcoming space for the wider Knowsley business community. Revived in 2025 by Knowsley Development Trust, Mersey Brew provides a place where people can meet over coffee, share ideas, and connect informally. We offer a range of fresh food, proper coffee, and a friendly space for business and community interactions. Our offerings include hearty breakfasts, fresh salads and sandwiches, locally roasted coffee, and made-to-order buffets for events. We are open to all, with a focus on serving the business community.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista / Server located in Liverpool. The Barista / Server will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the café area is clean and welcoming. Additional tasks include food preparation, handling transactions, and assisting in the creation of a friendly and efficient café environment.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills (Barista training will be provided)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a café or food service setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
