What you’ll do:

  • Lead the team: Inspire, coach and develop colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet individual and store targets.
  • Own commercial performance: Manage sales, margin, stock turn and visual standards. Drive KPI performance through strong execution and local initiatives.
  • Create the experience: Ensure the store looks premium, runs smoothly and delivers memorable moments during launches, activations and busy trading periods.
  • Deliver operational excellence: Oversee stock processes, loss prevention, payroll and roster planning to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running.
