Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the team: Recruit, coach and inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional service, hit targets and grow their careers. Run regular 1:1s and team briefs to keep momentum high.
  • Drive sales & KPIs: Own store P&L performance, traffic conversion, basket size and targets. Use data and insight to implement local actions that deliver results.
  • Deliver premium customer experience: Ensure the store vibe is on point — service standards, styling support, and memorable moments for guests from arrival to purchase.
  • Operational excellence: Manage stock, visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance. Keep the store clean, safe and ready for every customer.
  • Plan & execute campaigns: Lead in-store activations, product launches and local marketing to maximise impact on trading days.

About you:

  • Proven retail management experience with a track record of delivering sales targets and developing teams.
  • Commercially minded, data literate and confident making decisions that improve performance.
  • Strong people leader who gives clear feedback, builds positivity and empowers others.
  • Obsessed with service and brand — you care about product, presentation and creating memorable customer moments.
  • Flexible to work full store hours and available for peak periods and trading events.
