  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills.

  • Be analytically strong and comfortable translating data into action

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering best‑in‑class customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting forecasting, trading reports and performance commentary across daily, weekly and monthly reviews

  • Acting as a key point of contact for Creative, UX, CRM, Buying and Merchandising teams to deliver aligned onsite activity

  • Supporting SEO‑led content initiatives and optimisation of onsite search and merchandising logic

  • Ensuring stock availability, sell‑through and margin considerations are reflected in onsite decisions

  • Troubleshooting onsite issues, raising risks early and ensuring trading standards remain high at all times

  • Supporting the execution of affiliate activity, ensuring campaigns, promotions and onsite journeys are aligned to trading priorities and performance objectives.
