We are hiring for a Part‑Time Store Supervisor to join one of our stores in Plymouth. The primary function of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff’s work in the store, monitor employee activity, solve day‑to‑day problems and assist customers when needed.

You will support the Store Manager to ensure the team maximises sales, adopts a service‑first mentality, adheres to best practices and provides a positive shopping experience for our customers. The role includes training, mentorship, and daily operational oversight to foster a customer‑focused, efficient, and organised environment.

Qualifications
  • Passion for fashion retail and our company ethos
  • Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably with management responsibilities
  • Experience managing and motivating a team of sales assistants
