We are hiring Part-Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Newport.
Please note: this is a part-time job, working 8 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible Monday – Sunday, mainly during our busiest days at the weekend.
We don’t look at CVs – just your answers to our application questions about customer service. The Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. You will live and breathe our products, showcasing enthusiasm and going above and beyond for our customers. Your main goal is to provide the best shopping experience for our guests, helping us offer the best experience on the high street!
You’ll DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcasing our products with style, including piecing together sets, accessories, and product add-ons. You will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience through your exceptional service, attitude, and behaviors.
From day one, you will receive in-depth training on our products, including fabric and weather durability, product care, and matching accessories, making you a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Sales Ambassador.
About you:
Previous experience is not essential. We are looking for outgoing, friendly, organized individuals with a positive, approachable, and can-do attitude. You should be confident approaching customers and sparking enthusiastic conversations.
