Style the full fit : Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks – kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
Know the product, know the culture : Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat – you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
Host the hype : Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
Chase the win : Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
Keep it premium : Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
About you
Outgoing, confident, and approachable – you love starting conversations and building connections.
Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear, especially Jordan, and curious to learn more.
Flexible for evenings/weekends and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Team player with a growth mindset – open to feedback and eager to develop.

Recruitment process
