This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious retail leader looking to progress their career in fashion retail management. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead teams, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and support colleague development in a fast-paced retail environment. Acting as Store Manager in their absence, you'll gain valuable store leadership experience and develop the skills needed to progress into a Store Manager role.

Responsibilities:
- Sales: To maximise the number of sales in-store.
- Service: To satisfy and build loyalty through customers to ensure they return.
- Profit Protection and Stock Control: To monitor stock within your store whilst ensuring employees’ safety and well-being on company premises are met at all times.
- Merchandising, Space, Stock and Display: To display products in such a way that it stimulates interest and entices customers.
- Human Resources (HR): To safeguard colleagues’ interest by ensuring consistency and fairness in the treatment of employees by adhering to all policies and procedures within the business.
- Training and Recruitment: To provide and participate in a range of planned activities that enable you to develop the Company’s skills, attitude, and knowledge.
- Profit and Losses (P&L): Control of the day-to-day expenses to run a store successfully.
- Property: To maintain the property portfolio.
- Health and Safety: To ensure all safety provisions on the store’s premises are adhered to daily.
- Forward Planning and General Duties: To plan for the future and assist in the efficient running of the unit.
