What you’ll do
- Lead the team: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment. Coach, mentor and develop colleagues to reach targets and grow their careers.
- Deliver sales and targets: Drive store KPI performance, manage stock, increase average transaction value and create compelling customer journeys.
- Host the hype: Plan and deliver launch days, in-store activations and events that build excitement and loyalty.
- Maintain premium standards: Ensure visual merchandising, housekeeping and stock processes consistently represent the brand.
- Run efficient operations: Oversee shrink control, health & safety, cash handling and rostering to optimise performance.

- Proven retail management experience with strong commercial acumen and a track record of hitting targets.
- Natural people leader who develops teams, gives clear feedback and builds a positive culture.
- Passionate about trainers, streetwear and customer service with an eye for visual standards.
- Organised, resilient and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible for weekend and evening working, and able to work additional hours for events and seasonal peaks.
