The Role:

This role is an integral part of the team, working closely with the CRM Manager across all aspects of CRM to support the wider communication and ecommerce strategy while maintaining the SEVENSTORE brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns, including coordinating the communication planner.
  • Assist in planning and developing push notifications.
  • Support the CRM Manager with database management, including database cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager on data segmentation strategies.
  • Manage the building, scheduling, testing, and optimization of email campaigns.
  • Assist in delivering weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Establish email performance benchmarks, summarize insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Create testing plans to enhance customer engagement and log successful strategies.
  • Manage automated communications, maintaining current campaigns and seeking areas for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure CRM strategies align with business needs.
  • Work with the CRM Assistant to ensure timely and high-standard communications.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager on technical integrations and development projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the CRM department, embodying the value of \”Defying Ordinary\”.
