This role will manage change from initiation through to handover into BAU, supporting the business to implement projects that impact people, processes and systems.

The PMO function is part of the IT team and works closely with the Digital Tech team and wider business areas to coordinate and manage digital projects from start to finish. The team focuses on the full project lifecycle, understanding the project journey and the business functions and systems impacted, so that all relevant areas are included throughout delivery. Acting as the voice of the project, the PMO team manages progress reporting, risk monitoring and decision tracking to help ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope. Strong communication is central to the team, making sure stakeholders are informed at the right level and at the right time, with clear and transparent updates across the business.

You will be confident working with internal stakeholders and third parties, bringing together technical and non-technical conversations and communicating clearly with all levels of the business. You will have a strong understanding of business change, including how projects impact people, processes and ways of working, and you will be comfortable supporting governance, communication planning and continuous improvement across the PMO function.
