We are hiring for a Full‑Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Bury. There’s an established team in place, and you will work directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum values our front‑end retail staff.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Oversee retail staff’s work in the store environment.
- Monitor employee activity, solve problems at a day‑to‑day level and assist customers when needed.
- Support the Store Manager to maximise sales, maintain a service‑first mentality and adhere to best practices per company expectations while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
We invest in training and development. You will be supported through regular 1‑2‑1s, training, and support, and provided with the tools to thrive and feel empowered.
