You’ll work closely with commercial, product management, and technical colleagues in a supportive, collegiate team environment where shared success matters.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of developing customer relationships and commercial opportunities by:

  • Managing and expanding a portfolio of customers through regular engagement including site visits, exhibitions and virtual meetings.
  • Identifying new business and maintaining a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with your internal stakeholders.
  • Together with Product and Technical Managers you will deliver solution led responses to formulation challenges and technical enquiries.
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy aligned to budget and margin targets.
  • Deepening product penetration by understanding customer needs and shaping technically sound, commercially viable solutions.
  • Contributing to portfolio gap analysis, market insight, and innovation led project proposals.
  • Managing opportunities efficiently through the CRM and supporting wider business initiatives as required.
About You

You’ll bring a strong blend of technical knowledge and commercial focus, with:

  • Experience within the UK & Ireland construction chemicals sector.
  • A scientific degree (ideally Chemistry) or equivalent industry experience.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Confidence using data to inform sales strategy and decision making.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, comfortable working from home with regular travel.
  • A collaborative approach, thriving in cross functional teams.
  • Confident presentation skills.

Home based, with 40-60% UK & Ireland travel. Must have a full UK driving license and an existing right to live and work in the UK.
