? Merritt Recruitment specialises in recruitment for the Chemical, Life Sciences, Polymer, Personal Care & Cosmetics, Nutrition and Scientific sectors across the UK and internationally. We are looking for an ambitious Graduate to join our Dartford office and receive full training to become a specialist recruiter within these industries. The Role: You'll learn all aspects of recruitment, including: Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Managing recruitment processes
Building relationships with clients and candidates
Advertising vacancies and market mapping
Using LinkedIn and other tools to identify talent
Attending industry networking events, conferences and exhibitions
Representing Merritt Recruitment at trade shows and exhibition
Requirements: GCSE/Degree in Science
An interest in Science ideally in Chemistry
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident building professional relationships and speaking with people at all levels.
Interested in developing a career in recruitment.
Must live within commuting distance of Dartford.
Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.
