Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through business development and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to placement.

• Develop your market knowledge and establish yourself as a specialist within your sector.

Candidate profile:

• Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to win and develop business.
• Resilience, ambition and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Must live within commuting distance of Dartford.
• Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available
