Our client, a leading global supplier within the polymer, plastics and resin markets, is seeking a Junior Customer Service/Inventory Planner to join their fast-paced Surrey office.
Role Overview
In this dual customer service and inventory support role, you will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries while supporting the planning and coordination of inventory across the business. You will work closely with logistics, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional support
- Maintain and update inventory management systems, ensuring accurate stock records
- Assist with logistics coordination, including order processing and shipment tracking
- Support demand planning and stock allocation activities
