About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven European Sales Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a pivotal role focused on developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across Europeparticularly within the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and accounts
- Build deep, consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Promote technical products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams including finance, logistics, IT, HR, and customer service
- Manage pricing strategies to optimize margins and meet revenue targets
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer visits, opportunities, and market insights
- Contribute to strategic planning and market assessments
