We are looking for an ambitious Graduate to join our Dartford office and receive full training to become a specialist recruiter within these industries.
The Role:
You'll learn all aspects of recruitment, including:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing recruitment processes
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Advertising vacancies and market mapping
- Using LinkedIn and other tools to identify talent
- Attending industry networking events, conferences and exhibitions
- Representing Merritt Recruitment at trade shows and exhibition
Requirements:
- GCSE/Degree in Science
- An interest in Science ideally in Chemistry
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident building professional relationships and speaking with people at all levels.
- Interested in developing a career in recruitment.
- Must live within commuting distance of Dartford.
- Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.
