The Sales Operations Manager supports the efficient operation of the sales function by providing commercial coordination, pipeline management, and internal sales leadership. The role enables customer-facing sales professionals to focus on business development while ensuring sales processes, reporting, customer service, and marketing activities are effectively managed.
The position has direct responsibility for the internal sales and customer service team, serves as the senior escalation point for customer issues, and oversees marketing activities.
