We are looking for an ambitious School Leaver or Graduate to join our Dartford office and receive full training to become a specialist recruiter within these industries.
The Role:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing recruitment processes
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Advertising vacancies and market mapping
- Using LinkedIn and other tools to identify talent
- Attending industry networking events, conferences and exhibitions
- Representing Merritt Recruitment at trade shows and exhibition
