The Role
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience.
One shift could see you hosting an interactive game, the next briefing teams before they take on Prison Island, serving food and drinks or welcoming guests as they arrive.
Its a varied, hands-on role where great customer service, teamwork and personality make all the difference.
Your responsibilities will include β
- Welcoming guests, managing check-ins and creating a positive first impression.
- Hosting activities, explaining game rules and delivering clear, engaging briefings.
- Coaching and supporting guests throughout their experiences, adapting your approach to different groups.
- Hosting corporate events and group bookings, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
- Serving food and drinks, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Answering telephone calls, responding to customer enquiries and assisting with bookings.
- Taking group photographs and helping guests capture memorable moments from their visit.
- Promoting activities, packages and additional experiences, identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
- Working closely with colleagues and managers, taking initiative and supporting the wider team during busy periods.
We Are Looking For People Who
- Genuinely enjoy working with people and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bring confidence, enthusiasm and positive energy to every shift.
- Are comfortable speaking to groups and explaining activities.
- Can read the room, adapt their approach and confidently engage with guests of all ages.
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and can manage several tasks at once.
- Can think on their feet and remain calm under pressure.
- Take pride in their work and pay attention to the little details.
- Are reliable, proactive and willing to learn.
- Are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and school holidays.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure, entertainment or retail would be beneficial, but personality, attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
