Job Description
Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a leading Social Welfare charity to recruit a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, a varied and rewarding role where you’ll drive the charity’s corporate partnerships programme and play a key role in shaping its growth.
In this pivotal position, you will develop and deliver a strategy to secure and grow mid- and high-value, long-term corporate partnerships that advance the charity’s mission. You’ll nurture strong relationships with new and existing partners, working collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful projects that truly reflect the charity’s values.

Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid or home based with agreed travel to London office and meetings

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, research and secure new corporate partnerships through networking, events and tailored approaches.
- Manage and grow existing partnerships, delivering exceptional stewardship, engagement opportunities and impact reports.
- Develop persuasive proposals, applications and pitches, collaborating with the Trusts and Foundations team where relevant.
- Prepare for and lead meetings and presentations to win new business and strengthen current relationships.
- Stay informed on sector trends, especially in social mobility, inclusion, and physical and mental health.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience in charity fundraising or a comparable commercial or sales environment.
- Securing new corporate partnerships and delivering compelling, successful pitches.
- Managing and growing partnerships to increase income and exceed ambitious targets.
- Using KPIs to monitor progress, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- A creative, solutions-focused mindset, always ready to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work.
