Job Description Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a charity focused on social justice to recruit a Probation Partnership Officer . This role is ideal for a proactive project and partnerships manager dedicated to advocating for and supporting members of the Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller (GRT) community involved in the criminal justice system. As the Probation Partnership Officer, you will manage impactful projects aimed at improving access to rehabilitation and support services for GRT individuals. This includes overseeing contract obligations with London Probation, driving awareness initiatives, and collaborating with criminal justice stakeholders to advance equality. Job Title: Probation Partnership Officer Salary: £35,600 per annum Contract: 6-month fixed term (potential for extension) Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office) Additional Information: Time off in lieu is provided for attending events or meetings outside standard hours.
