Merrifield Consultants are working with a health charity based in North London to find an HR Administrator for four days per week, working four hours per day. This is a unique admin role for someone looking for plenty of flexibility.

Basic Details

  • Pay: £14 per hour
  • Working days: 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday
  • Working hours: 4 hours per day
  • Location: Mill Hill on Mondays and working from home Tuesday-Thursday
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: Temp initially, but has opportunity to go permanent

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR Databases
  • Manage HR Inbox
  • Minute Taking
  • Supporting with HR related projects
  • Formatting job descriptions, adverts on job boards and assisting with the recruitment cycle
  • DBS checks and employment checks for new starters
  • Organise induction programmes
  • Report on mandatory training

Essential

  • Proven experience in HR administrator
  • Strong ability in MS office systems
  • Understanding of recruitment tools
  • Able to coordinate and support on an ad hoc basis
  • Able to handle data with confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and can pick tasks up quickly
