We are supporting a not-for-profit organisation to appoint an Interim Head of Data for an initial 3-month contract. The role will lead data management, reporting, CRM systems, and digital processes to support organisational delivery and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Manage the core CRM system (Dynamics 365), system updates, and improvements.
- Lead process automation and reporting using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
- Support the development of the fundraising CRM (Raiserβs Edge NXT).
- Ensure GDPR compliance and oversee data protection practices.
- Manage internal research projects, including EDI data reporting.
Experience Required:
- Strong data management, reporting, and CRM experience (Dynamics 365).
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Platform.
- Experience leading digital process improvements.
- Solid GDPR knowledge and experience handling data protection.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience.
- Charity, not-for-profit or membership sector experience is desirable.
- Immediate availability is essential.
