Merrifield Consultants is working with a well-established children's hospice in Hampshire to find a Corporate Partnership Fundraiser on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated fundraising team during a busy period, helping to build and strengthen corporate relationships that make a real difference to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
Job Responsibilities:
- To identify, research and approach new corporate partnership opportunities that align with the hospice's values and fundraising objectives.
- To manage and develop a portfolio of existing corporate relationships, ensuring excellent stewardship and maximising income potential.
- To coordinate and deliver corporate fundraising activities including charity of the year partnerships, sponsorships, employee fundraising and corporate events.
- To work closely with the fundraising team to support the delivery of income targets and contribute to the overall fundraising strategy.
- To provide excellent supporter care, ensuring all corporate partners feel valued and engaged with the hospice's work.
- To maintain accurate records of all corporate partnerships and fundraising activity using the CRM database.
- To represent the hospice at corporate events and networking opportunities, acting as an ambassador for the organisation.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of corporate fundraising or business development, with a track record of building successful relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage supporters at all levels.
- Confident presenting and networking, with the ability to inspire businesses to support the cause.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience of working towards income targets and delivering results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
