Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with the largest membership organisation solely for medical professionals to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.

Summary of the role

This role provides high level executive support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the CEO's office. You will coordinate senior leadership meetings, manage complex priorities and act as a trusted point of contact across the organisation. A pivotal, fast paced position requiring outstanding organisation, judgement and communication skills.

  • Salary: 41,788
  • Contract: 4 months
  • Location: London, hybrid working
  • Working pattern: Full time - 35 hours p/w
  • Working style: Hybrid - 2 days in office, aligning with the CEO's in office days

Responsibilities

  • Executive office leadership - Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, ensuring smooth day to day operations and effective communication.
  • Diary and meeting management - Manage a complex, fast moving diary, prioritising time and coordinating senior level meetings.
  • Briefings and papers - Prepare high quality agendas, papers, briefings, presentations and supporting materials.
  • Action and deadline tracking - Monitor deadlines and follow up activity to support the CEO and Senior Business Manager.
