We partner with charities and membership bodies to find high quality talent. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants to build a meaningful desk, develop strong relationships, and become a trusted advisor to organisations that genuinely matter.

Location: Farringdon (3 days per week in the office)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Benefits: Commission and Team Bonus

The role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning and nurturing client relationships to sourcing, engaging, and supporting candidates through to placement. You’ll work closely with charities and NFPs across London, understanding their missions, cultures, and challenges, and helping them find the people who will make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing long-term relationships with charity and NFP clients
  • Running end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
  • Advising clients and candidates with integrity, insight, and empathy
  • Managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, supportive environment
