Join the team at Merriebank Lettings. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident Tenancy & Property Coordinator to join our busy, family-run letting agency on the Isle of Wight.
THE ROLE
Working Tuesday to Friday, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our lettings business, helping coordinate tenancies and providing excellent service to our landlords and tenants.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly confident with IT and computer systems
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and use their own initiative
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing different priorities
- Keen to learn and become part of a small, supportive team
Previous lettings experience is not essential. Full training will be provided, so we’re more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and skills.
