Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diverse caseloads, including all matters relating to relationships, child arrangements and financial remedy.
- Provide expert legal advice and draft precise legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and negotiations.
- Build strong client relationships and stay updated on family law developments.
- Drive performance by embracing company KPIs.
Requirements:
- LLB (Hons) Law.
- SRA Practicing Certificate.
- Varied training contract experience.
- Strong knowledge of family law, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
