The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

We are looking for a groundsman and maintenance man to look after the general maintenance and grounds of a small hotel as well as a number of residential properties. The person we are looking for needs to be hard working and have good experience with maintenance and gardening.

Duties for general maintenance include basic plumbing and painting. Gardening includes sweeping, weeding, pruning, etc.

The successful candidate must have his own transport that can be used for removing rubbish and his own tools. There are no minimum hours, but we anticipate around 15-20 hours a week Monday to Friday.
