This Role

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance and administrative work
  • Act as a junior assistant to the CFO, supporting both professional and operational priorities
  • Help maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting, cash tracking, and simple financial analysis
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for finance and leadership meetings
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams
  • Jump into ad-hoc projects across finance, operations, and the broader business
  • Follow up on open items and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Learn how a growing business operates from the inside

Additional Notes

This role is based in London. Some travel to the United States and Canada may be required for projects and team collaboration.
